Working as a Specialist Product Researcher, mixed methods, I deliver results for the Savings team by improving the product in order to meet results.

Zippi is a fintech focused on delivering microcredit to microentrepreneurs in Brazil, to bridge the gap between their desire to grow and the needed resources.
Together with the product team, I have worked as both an IC and a manager, doing strategic product research and making sure the delivered design work is the best possible.
The company was accelerated by YC and secured a Series A by Tiger Global in 2022.
